Finance & Operations Manager

Maddy manages the budget and finances of the Foundation, working closely with Accounting, Financial Planning, and Tax. Prior to joining the Foundation, she led the Financial Planning and Analysis team at a philanthropy based in New York City, where her primary responsibilities included budget management, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis. Maddy has worked in the nonprofits sector for over ten years in areas including higher education, health science, economic development, and social justice. She holds an MPA in Nonprofit and Public Finance from NYU Wagner, and a BA in Political Science and History from NYU College of Arts and Science. Maddy is also the Finance Manager for the Amazin’ Mets Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the New York Mets. Maddy grew up in Connecticut and, after residing in New York City for 13 years, moved back to her home state where she currently lives with her family.
